Customer Service and Monitoring Specialist

Job Description

Solara LLC, a leading company in the field of solar energy solutions, is expanding its team and is looking for a Customer Service and Monitoring Specialist who will carry out continuous monitoring of solar power plants, identify technical issues, communicate with customers, and coordinate the stages of the service process.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure continuous monitoring of solar systems installed throughout the Republic of Armenia using monitoring software (online monitoring of stations, monitoring of offline and alarm cases, string inspection)
  • Clarify customer phone calls and issues related to solar power plants and solar water heaters; when necessary, direct the request to the relevant department for issue resolution
  • Reflect the current stages of solar station installation and servicing in the Bitrix system, following the sequence of the established procedures
  • Record, update, and organize the necessary data and information related to work activities in the Bitrix system
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding issues arising during the service process
  • Submit the required reports to the direct supervisor and ensure proper document management

Requirements

  • Higher or secondary vocational education in electrical engineering, energy, or a related field will be considered an advantage
  • Work experience in the solar energy sector will be considered an advantage
  • Work experience in technical service, monitoring, or the energy sector will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work with CRM systems (Bitrix)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong sense of responsibility

Working Schedule: Six-day workweek, 09:00–18:00 (office-based); Saturday: 09:00–16:00 (remote).

Security Guard

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring security. Maintain order inside the warehouse and in the surrounding area, prevent unauthorized persons from entering.
  • Access control. Register employees and visitors, monitor the entry and exit of trucks, and provide escort when necessary.
  • Area surveillance. Conduct regular patrols of the warehouse area, checking the integrity of doors, windows, locks, and protected facilities.
  • Video surveillance. Monitor security cameras and record suspicious movements or incidents.
  • Goods inspection. Upon the Warehouse Manager's instruction, carry out partial verification of the documentary compliance of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Emergency prevention. Comply with fire safety regulations and notify the relevant services in the event of emergencies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of work experience

  • Ability to respond appropriately in conflict situations

  • Adequate physical fitness (the job may require prolonged standing or night shifts)

Work Schedule: 10 working days per month (one working day followed by two days off).

Warehouse Worker

Job Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading. Quickly and safely unload goods received from suppliers into the warehouse. Load ordered goods onto delivery vehicles.
  • Storage and organization. Store goods in accordance with established standards and product categories. Ensure the rational and efficient use of warehouse space.
  • Order picking. Prepare internal and external orders according to the relevant guidelines or requests.
  • Packaging. Package or label goods and boxes in the warehouse, and maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse area.

Job Requirements

  • Physical fitness. Ability to work under physically demanding conditions.
  • Agility and accuracy. Ability to complete tasks quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of products. Gradually acquire knowledge of products, their codes, and storage locations.

Working schedule: 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.

Design Engineer

Job Description

The Design Engineer (Solar Design Engineer) at a solar power installation company is responsible for the technical design and documentation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct preliminary site analysis for solar power plant installations (customer's roof or land), ensuring technical assessment (solar radiation conditions, shading, roof slope, and orientation).
  • Ensure the solar system design process, including calculating the system capacity based on the customer's consumption, preliminary selection of solar panels, inverters, and protective devices, as well as designing cable cross-sections and panel layouts.
  • Ensure the analysis of solar power plant performance and annual electricity generation, calculation of voltage drop, and verification of inverter and solar panel compatibility.
  • Prepare cable routing, installation drawings, and connection diagrams.
  • Ensure that design and engineering work complies with electrical engineering standards and safety requirements.
  • Cooperate with the sales and solar power plant installation teams for the effective implementation of projects.
  • Prepare technical calculations and design documentation and, when necessary, submit reports, non-standard solutions, and recommendations to the direct supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • Higher technical education (energy, engineering, or related fields)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in design work
  • Experience in designing solar systems will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, AGISOFT, and MS Office
  • Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and diagrams
