Design Engineer
Job Description
The Design Engineer (Solar Design Engineer) at a solar power installation company is responsible for the technical design and documentation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary site analysis for solar power plant installations (customer's roof or land), ensuring technical assessment (solar radiation conditions, shading, roof slope, and orientation).
- Ensure the solar system design process, including calculating the system capacity based on the customer's consumption, preliminary selection of solar panels, inverters, and protective devices, as well as designing cable cross-sections and panel layouts.
- Ensure the analysis of solar power plant performance and annual electricity generation, calculation of voltage drop, and verification of inverter and solar panel compatibility.
- Prepare cable routing, installation drawings, and connection diagrams.
- Ensure that design and engineering work complies with electrical engineering standards and safety requirements.
- Cooperate with the sales and solar power plant installation teams for the effective implementation of projects.
- Prepare technical calculations and design documentation and, when necessary, submit reports, non-standard solutions, and recommendations to the direct supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Higher technical education (energy, engineering, or related fields)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in design work
- Experience in designing solar systems will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, AGISOFT, and MS Office
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and diagrams

Job Responsibilities
- Process incoming inquiries (leads) to the company and establish contact with potential customers.
- Search for and attract new individual customers.
- Identify customer needs and present relevant products and services.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, calculations, and price offers.
- Conduct negotiations and organize meetings, ensuring the successful completion of sales transactions.
- Coordinate the sequence of the sales process with the design, technical, financial, and other departments.
- Inform customers about financing, lending, or installment payment opportunities and assist in the relevant processes.
- Ensure continuous communication with the customer after the sale and a high level of service.
- Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate and complete recording of customer data.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to accelerate the completion of transactions.

Requirements

Cashier-Accountant
Solara is looking for an accountant to ensure the proper implementation of the company's accounting functions, the receipt, disbursement, and accounting of monetary funds, the preparation of primary accounting documents, as well as the preparation of relevant reports.
Job Functions
- Ensure the maintenance of accounting records and the proper preparation of relevant accounting documents.
- Verify the accuracy and record the received payment documents.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of accounting and internal financial reports.
- Monitor the Company's cash flows, payments made, and the status of accounts receivable.
- Regularly prepare the necessary financial reports and conduct relevant financial analyses.
- Ensure the legality and accuracy of accounting and financial documentation.
- Carry out accounting of the Company's property, fixed assets, and liabilities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as well as other functions arising from the position.
Job Requirements
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or another related field.
- At least 1–2 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Knowledge of the HԾ accounting software.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of English and Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility and conscientious attitude toward duties.
