"SOLARA" company was exempted from import duty

During the session on September 14, the Government, due to the need to ensure the implementation of the investment program in the priority sector, decided to exempt "SOLARA" LLC from the import customs duty, which refers to the imported equipment. A factory for the production of aluminum parts for solar photovoltaic plants is being built in the city of Abovyan, Kotayk. Considering that the company is starting the 2nd stage of the implementation of the project, it was necessary to import additional products worth 118.5 million drams so as not to disrupt the production process.
